TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the period will not be accepted.
Items must be in unworn original condition and not have been altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
To make a RETURN or EXCHANGE first you must email us on
office@marnieskillings.com.au and obtain a Return Authorisation Number ( RA number).
You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require a return or exchange. If an exchange is required you must notify us of the specifics of the exchange.
All deliveries come with an online store returns form. This also must be completed and sent back with the return/exchange. Along with your receipt of purchase and sent to:

Please note SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returns must be sent to the above address in order to be processed.
Only good received with a filled in Online Store returns form and RA number will be processed.
Items returned for exchange or refund also undergo a quality review and once cleared you will either receive your new exchanged item or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of this.
Items not cleared via quality inspection will be returned to you.
Important Information:
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned.
Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Please ensure you try on your purchased items on arrival in case you need to exchange or return to us within the 10 day window.
Gift vouchers may not be returned or refunded. They are valid for one year from the date of issue.
